What Happened To Clint Webb After Married At First Sight Season 16?

There is a lot to report about Married at First Sight season 16 alum Clint Webb after his time on the show. Married at First Sight season 16 aired from January 2023 to June 2023. It had a total of 23 episodes and two Reunion episodes. Clint got married to his stranger wife Gina Micheletti in the show’s Nashville, Tennessee, installment. Clint and Gina were joined by four other couples in the season: Nicole Lillenthal and Christopher Thielk, Jasmine Secrest and Airris Williams, Shaquille Dillon and Kirsten Grimes, and Domynique Kloss and Mackinley “Mack” Gilbert.

Mack and Domynique were the first pair to divorce. Dom wanted to split after she found Mack to be unadventurous on their honeymoon. The 25-year-old self-proclaimed “old soul” was labeled as immature by the Married at First Sight audience and as someone who should have never been cast. Mack was willing to keep persevering, but Dom was done. In the end, all the couples went their separate ways come Decision Day except for Nicole and Chris, who did seem very compatible and in love. Gina and Clint had a tumultuous time that did not end very well.

Clint & Gina’s MAFS Journey

When Clint and Gina met at the altar as strangers, things got off on a positive note between the two. They seemed to have a witty banter between themselves, and they did share a kiss after they were proclaimed a married couple. However, it did not take long before things fell apart in their marriage, and Gina seemed to be the initiator of bad feelings.

During the honeymoon, Gina made a blanket statement that they did not have physical chemistry, and Clint reluctantly agreed with her.

Gina took the statement a step further, however, and said that she was surprised she matched with someone with “gingery features” because she told the experts that is not the type of person she is usually attracted to. Clint seemed off-put by Gina’s crude remark, and that negative overtone led Clint to vocalize a feeling of his own. In front of the Married at First Sight season 16 group, Clint said that he was usually attracted to women with more of a slender build than Gina, and Gina was seriously offended by Clint’s revelation.

When Gina and Clint began the living together portion of the experience, Gina stayed in the second bedroom and the pair never spent a night in bed together. They clearly finished the eight-week-long experience as roommates with occasional friendly undertones. Come Decision Day, they both said no to staying married. At their group gathering after the show, Clint went on to kiss Domynique, which was a weird move for the group and Gina to witness. Furthermore, Clint made moves to try and get custody of Gina’s dog, Hank.

Clint Webb Has Had A Major Life Change

He’s Living His Best Life

Clint may not have had the best experience with Gina in Married at First Sight season 16, but has gone on to live his best life. The lifelong sailor and successful tech worker announced in June 2024 that he was in “premature retirement.” He spoke to MAFS fans from his sailboat on a Tuesday.

“I don’t know how long, it’s been a while, but I’ve afforded myself the ability to do this.”

Clint spoke about how he was “settling in” to retired life and spending a lot of time working on his boat. He said that he had always been a tech guy and had “things in the works” regarding his future in the industry.

Clint seems to spend most of his time in Tennesee and does post fairly regularly. He has 24,400 followers on his unverified Instagram. He recently made a post about an Instagram page impersonating him and set the record straight for fans to know that he only had his one personal Instagram.

Gina and Clint don’t appear to be friends anymore. However, they seem to be on okay terms because they both follow one another on Instagram. Clint has not introduced Married at First Sight fans to anyone special via his social media, so Clint is likely single or staying more private about that part of his life.Clint is still friends with his season 16 boy posse, and they posted a New Year-style video altogether to showcase their continued friendship.
