Todd Chrisley’s Daughter Spreads Dangerous Misinformation?

Turns out, it is Todd Chrisley’s oldest daughter who has landed in hot water with fans. On a recent episode of her podcast, Lindsie spent time trying to influence the listeners of her podcast to stop using birth control.

In a thread on Reddit, one Chrisley Knows Best fan wanted to know if anyone else listened to Lindsie’s recent podcast episode.

“She’s basically trying to influence people not to use birth control. She watched some stupid false information video about it, and now thinks that birth control causes everything from your hair to fall out to picking bad relationships.”

In response to the thread, one fan noted that anyone with questions about birth control should reach out to a doctor or a nurse instead of a former reality TV star.

Diving a bit deeper into it, fans argued it was dangerous for Lindise Chrisley to spread misinformation and encourage people to stop taking any type of medication.

Here’s what some other fans penned in the Reddit thread:

  • “I had to stop what I was doing because I couldn’t believe I had just heard that. And she went on to repeat it later!”
  • “I’m listening right now and it’s insane. She’s an idiot.”
  • “She also claimed taking birth control would change the type of man you’re attracted to”

Birth Control Causes Bad Relationships?

During her podcast, Lindsie Chrisley tells her followers they can blame birth control for bad relationships. She claims the chemicals in birth control can influence what type of man a woman is attracted to. Chrisley Knows Best fans were scratching their heads. They couldn’t believe Lindsie was suggesting that all bad relationships could be blamed on side effects from birth control.

In her defense, some fans noted the people criticizing her on Reddit didn’t sound much smarter than she did. These fans argued that Lindsie got her research about birth control being bad from the Internet. She got this information the same way fans were getting information that contradicted Lindsie’s claims. This, however, is why many argued the importance of going to a medical professional for help.
