The couples of Married at First Sight season 15 have all broken up, and each pair had their own reasons for splitting. The fifteenth season of the hit Lifetime reality TV show took place in San Diego and highlighted five couples who married each other at the altar sight unseen. The participants had been through lengthy questionnaires and interviews before being chosen to come on the show. All the cast members led with their strong desire to start a marriage and begin partnerships.
During Married at First Sight season 15, Morgan Bell and Binh Trinh didn’t even make it to Decision Day and broke up well before. Lindy Elloway and Miguel Santiago-Medina, Stacia Karcher and Nate Barnes, Mitch Silverstein and Krysten Collins, and Justin Hall and Alexis Williams all put in the work to get to Decision Day. However, some were over by the time the Reunion was filmed, and some ended their marriages after all filming for the season concluded.
Morgan Bell and Binh Trinh
Binh and Morgan’s relationship got off to a rough start after Binh tested positive for COVID-19 before their wedding day. Their wedding and their ability to join the other couples on the honeymoon got delayed. While Morgan stayed supportive and was happy after seeing Binh at the end of the aisle, things fell apart during the honeymoon. Binh told Justin that Morgan wasn’t a real nurse, which she said was untrue and an allegation that betrayed her trust. When specifically told not to share their personal information with Justin, Binh continued, and Morgan’s confidence in her marriage completely left, and she asked for a divorce.
Lindy Elloway and Miguel Santiago-Medina
Lindy and Miguel were the most recent couple to get divorced, which is sad because they had the most hope and positivity during the Reunion. During the season, Lindy and Miguel had problems with impatience and misunderstandings but were confident enough in their ability to overcome things by Decision Day. Unfortunately, in mid-February 2023, Lindy announced on Instagram that they had split. “It’s impossible to stay married if both parties are not equally committed to the marriage’s success,” Lindy wrote.
Stacia Karcher and Nate Barnes
Stacia and Nate seemed like the most compatible couple of Married at First Sight season 15. They were both driven, successful individuals with great physical chemistry. They said yes to each other on Decision Day and were still a couple at the Reunion. However, Stacia filed for divorce in December 2022. She explained, “Everything that he agreed to do on the show were all words. There was no action.” On the show, the pair had disagreements over when to start a family and how to cohabitate, issues which seem to have ultimately contributed to their marriage’s demise.
Mitch Silverstein and Krysten Collins
Krysten and Mitch’s relationship during the season was the most tense and created many of the most spicy moments. Mitch put his foot in his mouth a lot when it came to his attraction to Krysten, and it became clear she was not the kind of woman Mitch was looking for. While Krysten tried not to hold resentment and aimed to build their foundation, her feelings of being disrespected and not valued enough ultimately led to her saying no come Decision Day. Mitch also said no, but the pair left the season amicably.
Justin Hall and Alexis Williams
Justin came in hot, dropping the L word in the first few days of his honeymoon with Alexis. It took Alexis a while to reciprocate, but she eventually did. The pair faced issues over Justin’s dog attacking Alexis’ dog and Justin resenting Alexis for having him give up his dog. Moreover, the pair had many emotional differences. Despite all the negative interactions, Justin and Alexis said yes on Decision Day. However, they revealed they split during the Reunion. The Married at First Sight season 15 couple split because Alexis was never truly in love with Justin and wanted a more dominant partner, while Justin disagreed with Alexis’ lifestyle.
