Married At First Sight alum Mitchell Silverstein is getting back into the dating game following his divorce from Krysten Collins. Now, the MAFS star is in a new relationship. Here is what he’s revealed about his new girlfriend.
Mitchell Silverstein Debuts His New ‘Lady’ On Social Media
It isn’t currently clear how long Mitchell and his new lady have been together. The MAFS alum doesn’t update his social media frequently, so they may have been together for a while now.
He first posted his new brunette beauty on Instagram in June. According to the caption, they spent a weekend away together visiting her family. He said they went “back East” for the trip and he tagged the “Yough River,” which is located in Pennsylvania.
Mitch shared a few photos on Instagram showing himself and his “lady” during the trip. “Trip back east w/ my lady to visit her fam,” the MAFS wrote in the caption. “First few days were great, but things went downhill fast.”
He continued, revealing that they’d caught COVID during their trip. According to Mitch, it was the first time he’d gotten the virus. “Still, we made the best of a bad sitch. #briatch #viralspiral,” he concluded.
This is the first sign of a serious relationship since the MAFS alum was seen on Season 15. Viewers were outraged at the way the relationship between Mitchell and his wife Krysten Collins ended.
MAFS Alum Krysten Collins Is Moving On Too
Krysten appeared to be trying to be patient throughout the season, but their marriage ultimately ended long before Decision Day. Mitchell admitted that he was selfish and not willing to compromise and Krysten eventually asked the experts for a divorce.
The MAFS alums did not leave things on good terms. So, it is unlikely that they are still in contact, but it seems like they are both moving on with their lives.
Krysten seems to be dating someone new too. She took to social media to share that she was seeing a new man, but they haven’t officially launched on Instagram yet. Like Mitch, Krysten updates her Instagram infrequently. So, it’s unlikely fans will get a glimpse at her new beau for a while.
At the time, Krysten admitted that the relationship was still in the early stages, but she was able to meet someone new after relocating to New York following Season 15. There still hasn’t been any news about who her boyfriend might be or if they’re even still together at this point. However, she seems pleased with her decision to cut ties with Mitchell when all was said and done.
