MAFS Jamie Otis And Doug Hehner Welcome Twins
Married at First Sight couple Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner welcomed twin baby boys on September 18. She began her day by sharing that she was heading to the hospital. Jamie shared updates with fans throughout the day indicating that it was really happening and she was in labor. At that time she was already 7cm dilated.
When Jamie reached 9cm dilated things seemed to slow down. She already had an epidural and was ready to birth these babies. The doctor broke her water and started her on pitocin to hopefully progress her to 10cm. It must have worked because the babies are both here and were both born vaginally.
People shared all the details and photos of the new babies on Friday.
Hawkins Tyler Hehner was born at 6:05 p.m. on Wednesday, September 18, weighing 6 lbs., 4 oz. and measuring 19.9 inches long. He was born head first and cried right away.
His twin brother, Huxley James Hehner, was born at 6:08 p.m. on Wednesday, September 18, and weighed 6 lbs., 8 oz., measuring 19.7 inches long. Huxley was a breech delivery. Plus he had the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck. However, Jamie noted he was healthy and strong.

More Details About Their Birth
The report also shared that Jamie and Doug are extremely happy with the care they have received while at the hospital. Jamie said, “They were born at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Dr. Somer was absolutely spectacular delivering them easily and quickly – I was so scared I’d end up with a vaginal delivery for baby A and c-section for baby B since he was breech. But they were both born vaginally!”
Jamie and Doug are already proud parents of Henley Grace “Gracie”, 7, and son Hendrix Douglas, 4. They are now a family of six.
The couple plans to share all the details of the births and also new photos and videos from their fun times at home on their YouTube channel.
Jamie never thought she’d be so lucky to have twins. However, after three years of trying unsuccessfully to get pregnant with their third child, they are finally here.
Stay tuned for more updates and congrats to Jamie and Doug!
