General Hospital Alum Ryan Paevey Starring In New Hallmark Movie
Fall means football and pumpkin spiced everything. How about a new Ryan Paevey Hallmark movie as well? According to Michael Fairman TV, the ex-Nathan on GH stars with WCTH fan-favorite Pascale Hutton in Fourth Down and Love. What is this movie all about?
In this romance, Paevey portrays a professional football player. Unfortunately, he gets hurt leaving him watching the action from the sidelines. Not only is he dealing with work issues, his personal life has been a mess. This guy is dealing with a total life crisis.
But, one thing that changes his life is on a flag football field. At this unlikely place, one little girl and her single mom seem to perk up his smile when he encounters them. Yes, he and that mom had met before in a meet-cute, but the sparks keep flying stronger now.
Is this a distraction, or has he found someone he can share his heart with?
When Is The Premiere Of Fourth Down And Love?
The premiere of Ryan Paevey in Fourth Down and Love is on Saturday, September 9, at 8 p.m., Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel.
Fourth Down And Love Is Ryan Paevey’s 16th Hallmark Movie
This upcoming Fall Into Love movie is Ryan Paevey’s 16th Hallmark movie. His last movie was A Fabled Holiday with Brooke D’Orsay last Christmas. In addition, back in 2022, the General Hospital fan favorite signed an exclusive, multi-picture contract with Hallmark Media. That means he won’t be going anywhere anytime soon.
That is fantastic news as he is also a Hallmark fan-favorite. He started acting in Hallmark romcoms when he was still filming General Hospital. Eventually, he transitioned from the soap to fully starring in movies for the feel-good network. Thanks to his ability to memorize lines quickly, he has never had an issue working in such fast-paced sets.

Nathan West Is One Of General Hospital’s Most Beloved Characters
It seems that Ryan Paevey is beloved wherever he goes. However, his General Hospital character Nathan West is one of the ABC series’ most beloved characters in the long history of the soap. Ryan starred in the soap between 2013-2018 as the police detective.
Most of all, soap fans loved the romance between him and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). While Nathan had the most villainous father, Cesar Faison, he was a beloved character because he always choose to be good. From the beginning, he and Maxie were looking for a fresh start. Turns out, what they were looking for was each other.
Ryan Paevey told the Deck The Hallmark podcast that Nathan’s funeral was pretty surreal in how devoted General Hospital fans reacted.
On January 17, 2017, Maxie and Nathan were married on General Hospital. #GH #TodayInSoaps
