General Hospital spoilers tease that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) recently commented that his issues with brother Martin Grey (Michael E Knight) were partly because Cyrus was the criminal and Martin was the good brother.
But Cyrus just had a near death experience after a heart attack and is making a big show about turning his life around. He even asked Martin to help him give away his fortune. Cyrus has spent his life as a drug kingpin, which means his fortune came as a result of his criminal lifestyle.
General Hospital Spoilers – Martin Grey Owes Sizable Alimony To Two Different Women!
While Martin hasn’t really exhibited any criminal tendencies, he has seemingly been a very bad husband. He has three ex-wives and he pays the first two a sizable alimony payment each month. Interestingly, he is the one who seemingly gets a hefty financial payout each month from the third. Regardless, Martin apparently hasn’t taken his previous marriages, or his vows, very seriously.
That said, at least until recently he seemed to be the perfect partner for Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring). Shockingly, although he doesn’t want his name attacked to it, he gave Lucy the idea for a new product that Lucy believes will make Lucy’s company Deception a fortune. But since Martin doesn’t want himself associated with the product, called the Deceptor, it appears he may have stolen someone else’s idea and gave it to Lucy!
GH Spoilers – Martin Grey Sees A Perfect Opportunity!
Although it certainly wouldn’t be ethical, Cyrus’ request to liquidate could actually present Martin with an opportunity to get ahead of his alimony payments. Martin has made it clear to his current love, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) that he doesn’t wasn’t to get married again. Perhaps if he could pay his exes off, he would be so bitter about the thought of marriage again.
According to GH spoilers, Martin could easily justify helping himself to some of Cyrus’ drug money since he requested the money be given away. It could also get his first two wives paid off. But if Martin stole the idea for the Deceptor, Lucy won’t likely want to get married to Martin for much longer.

Lucy was shocked when Martin came up with a very detailed product for Lucy’s company Deception. Lucy has named the invention The Deceptor and is moving forward with production. But Martin’s idea may not have been his originally, as Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) has pretty much confirmed to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).
It’s unclear where Martin would have come up with the new invention, but chances are it has something to do with his third ex-wife, who lives in Pine Valley! Lucy could find herself in serious trouble if she introduces a new product that Martin actually stole!
