General Hospital Spoilers: Hudson West Reprising Jake Spencer Role The Week Of August 21st
General Hospital (GH) spoilers note Elizabeth Webber (Recebba Herbst) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) continue to slowly but surely walk toward a reunion.
Now it seems as if she’ll get some additional scenes with one of her boys, as the show has been focused more on her work and love life than her home life.
According to Soap Opera Digest (SOD), young actor Hudson West is set to reprise his Jake Spencer character, soon.
GH Spoilers: Hudson West’s Airdate Revealed
GH spoilers suggest that Hudson will reprise his Jake Spencer part the week of August 21st. Back in mid-July when asked by a fan if West would be returning to the soap, he replied “soon”. Looks like “soon” is coming in the form of the days ahead.
Hudson was recast in the role in April 2016 from actors Jake and James Nigbor. Fans have since watched the little boy grow into an adolescent over the years, and the last time he was seen onscreen was in March of this year.
GH Spoilers: Plot Twist In Jake Spencer’s Return
Interestingly enough, SOD is reporting that Jake will share scenes with mom Liz, and Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth).
While it makes complete sense that the young Spencer boy will share dialogue with his mother, as it stands, he has little to no connection with the “good doctor”.
As most fans know, actor Roger Howarth once played Franco Baldwin and had a very strong connection with Liz’s middle son, whose bio dad also happens to be Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
It’ll be interesting to see the dynamics between Jake and Austin, considering his bond with Franco.
Why is Jake re-appearing on canvas? That’s hard to say at this point, but it would be nice to see more of him, as well as his two brothers.
Still, will there’s no word about actor Enzo De Angelis reprising his Aiden Spencer role, GH spoilers are teasing that actor William Lipton could be returning as Cameron Webber, quite soon.
