GH spoilers hint that a lot happened during the Monday, July 15 episode. Not only did Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) return to Port Charles, but she and Anna made amends.
The teen has healed and made a ton of progress since fans last saw her. She not only apologized for what she did to Anna, but Devane apologized too, and both are now moving forward in a healthy and productive way.
Charlotte has also evolved significantly since her time away from Port Charles. The young lady is in a good place, and all this could shatter if the truth about Valentin was revealed.
GH Spoilers: Charlotte Cassadine’s Statement Rocked Anna Devane
There was an interesting moment during the scene between Anna, Charlotte, and Valentin, which seems pivotal to the direction of this storyline. Charlotte mentioned that she was a Cassadine, and all Cassadines are evil or die trying to be better.
Anna replied by saying that Charlotte and her dad (Valentin) were exceptions to this rule; however, fans know all too well that even Valentin teeters on the line between good and evil.
After Anna downloaded the information from the satellite phone, she stole from Valentin’s, she informed Jason that she was hesitant to bring him down at the moment.
Charlotte may play a key role in this. After all, how can Anna bring Valentin down now, after her chat with Charlotte? The young girl is finally on a positive road to recovery from all the trauma she recently faced.
Not only will she spiral once she finds out what her Papa has been up to, but she’ll also wonder if everything that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) said about Anna was true.
After all, he warned the girl that Devane would hurt her father, and Anna’s setup to grab that satellite phone has crossed so many lines.
Will Anna try and figure out a way to bring Pikeman down, without implicating Valentin?
