Angela Deem Fires Back At 90 Day Fiancé Fans Accusing Her Of Abusive Behavior Before Michael Ilesanmi Joined New Family
Angela Deem slammed those who willingly tune in to watch her journey on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, only to criticize her chaotic behavior. Angela is one of the most problematic stars in the franchise. She has been abusive towards her husband, Michael Ilesanmi, and acted erratically towards her co-stars at various Tell Alls. In early 2024, Angela received a reality check when Michael ran away from her because of her allegedly abusive personality. However, Angela didn’t seem to learn from this experience and continued to blame others for her shortcomings.
Recently, Angela hit back at 90 Day Fiancé viewers for judging her on-screen character.
Angela posted on Instagram a quote from @therealdubwc, which said, “Don’t blame a clown for being a clown. Ask yourself why you keep going to the circus.” Angela compared herself to a jester and described the show as a circus.
She questioned fans’ morals, telling them they shouldn’t criticize her for being dramatic when they’re the ones who’re watching a reality TV show focused on unhealthy relationships and drama. Angela implied that fans are in the wrong for tuning in to 90 Day Fiancé, despite knowing its content.
Angela Deem Should Take Accountability Instead Of Lashing Out At Fans
Despite receiving massive backlash from 90 Day Fiancé viewers and cast members, Angela refuses to acknowledge she’s at fault. While it’s understandable that Michael’s cheating caused Angela significant emotional distress, her own actions can’t be excused. Michael started cheating on Angela early in their relationship. She had multiple opportunities to end things but likely didn’t in order to stay relevant on reality TV. Angela is to blame for her own misfortune by getting engaged to Michael, marrying him, and bringing him to the United States. She needs to reflect on herself instead of reacting harshly towards fans.
Angela’s most recent Instagram Story is one of many she has shared in an attempt to save face. Over the past six months, she has shared various updates that portray her as a victim. Angela has also tried humiliating Michael and his new life in the United States. She appears to be growing increasingly desperate, seeking to remain relevant. While Angela asserts that she doesn’t care about the opinions of her critics, she wants them to believe in her innocence. However, publicly calling fans out on social media is unlikely to help Angela gain their support.
Angela has been working hard to gain an advantage over Michael. She is aware of the hundreds of thousands of fans who support her Nigerian husband and wants to win over some people ahead of her legal battle. Angela is aiming to annul her marriage with Michael and have him deported back to Nigeria. However, her efforts may be in vain if she continues to post controversial content. At present, the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? alum only has the support of a few people, including her co-stars Loren Brovarnik, Jovi Dufren, Scott Wern, Molly Hopkins, and Liz Woods.
