90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star Rayne fought Chidi’s sister Victoria over a chicken and there’s a shocking reason why she had that meltdown in public. Rayne is a 37-year-old single mom from Espanola, New Mexico. Rayne was never married but had two kids from two different relationships. However, Rayne never experienced romance and passion because both of her exes were toxic. Things changed when Rayne came across Nigerian man, Chidi’s profile on social media. Rayne didn’t know that her “Nigerian Prince Charming” Chidi was blind. Rayne found out when Chidi didn’t respond to her naughty photos.
However, Rayne started to think Chidi was the perfect man for her. She’d always been conscious of her body and Chidi had fallen for her words and her personality. The couple stayed together for five years in an online relationship before Rayne decided to head to Lagos on 90 Day Fiancé to meet Chidi. Meanwhile, Chidi was hiding a secret from Rayne that eventually broke her heart. He told her he was practicing celibacy and couldn’t touch her before they were married. While the couple uncovered each other’s secrets, Chidi experienced Rayne’s bad temper when she fought with his sister.
Rayne Owns A Farm With 130 Pet Chickens
Rayne proved that she loved animals during her introduction itself. She revealed that she had 130 chickens, five ducks, five dogs, and a horse at her house while she collected chicken eggs from the coop. However, Rayne said that she loved the chickens “the most.” She said she loves to make “contact” with every chicken she owns because she thinks they actually notice. She explained that when she is looking at a chicken and keeps talking to only that one, another chicken looks at her, and expects Rayne to pet it. “They’re just really sweet little pets,” she added.
Rayne thinks of herself as a loner. She admitted that while she does like other people, the “normal human being” thinks of her as a quirky weirdo. Rayne was shown making her chicken Tippy wear a diaper in episode 2. Rayne was on brand while wearing a t-shirt that said, “I might look like I’m listening to you but in my head, I’m thinking about getting more chickens” while she packed her bags for her trip to Nigeria. She even asked Tippy if he approved of her outfits. Rayne’s son wore a T-shirt saying, “Yep, I talk to chickens.”
Rayne Told Victoria She Would Become “Pretty Violent” If They Killed The Chicken
Rayne didn’t seem to like Victoria even before she had met her. She revealed that while she had nothing against Victoria, she always had a feeling about some sort of drama in the future with a man’s sister. She said it was “intuition.” On the other hand, Victoria was excited to welcome Rayne into her house. She said she would do everything to make Rayne feel comfortable. 90 Day Fiancé’s Chidi, Rayne, and Victoria headed to the market and Rayne couldn’t help but notice a random chicken running on the street during their walk.
“ If you’re, if you’re going to off it, just leave it. If I’d rather starve. ”
What Rayne did not expect was that Victoria was taking her to a butcher. Rayne was furious that Chidi’s sister was trying to buy a live bird in front of her and eat it for dinner. She didn’t want to be responsible for the chicken’s death. “If you kill that, I’m going to become really pretty freaking violent,” Rayne warned Victoria. She said that Victoria knew her chickens were like family members to her.

What was interesting was that after they left the chicken shop, Victoria revealed that Rayne eats chicken. She asked Rayne how she did it without killing the chicken. “No, I eat, I eat it, but I ain’t going to have no part of that,” Rayne admitted. She revealed that she gets her chicken from the market, and she understands where it comes from, but when it comes to her “personally,” she is not going to decide to cull one. Previously in the episode, Rayne was seen telling Chidi that her favorite food was hamburgers.
Rayne Felt “Emotion” Towards That Particular Chicken
When Victoria suggested Rayne could wait while she went and fetched the chicken for dinner, the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star angrily told her, “You have to shove it down your throat yourself. You suck on its right leg. I ain’t going to.” Rayne explained that while she ate chicken she didn’t want to eat “that” chicken because she felt “so bad” when the butcher got the bird out of the cage by holding its legs with “no remorse.” Rayne claimed she saw “some emotion” towards the chicken, she expected Victoria to have some heart as well.
