90 Day Fiancé: I’m Convinced Michael Ilesanmi Doesn’t Deserve Spousal Support (He Played Angela Deem)

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star Michael Ilesanmi loves to act like a victim, but I think his greediness started to show when he abandoned Angela Deem after coming to America. Michael from Nigeria is 35 and Angela is currently 57. They have a 22-year age difference that Angela overlooked when she started chatting with the stranger from across the world in 2017. Michael and Angela were both using each other for their own gains. Michael wished to marry and American woman and improve his life and Angela wanted reality TV fame and a younger husband.

What Michael didn’t know was that Angela was a terrible person at heart who was going to boss him around, scream, and shout at him when he did things she thought were wrong. However, if I expected Michael to have some self-respect and end the relationship, he proved me wrong. Finding a different older, American woman after her would be difficult and probably harm his immigration process since one K-1 visa had already been rejected. Michael started enduring the cruel treatment for the “Paradise” he was going to be able to live in soon.

Michael Really Was Using Angela

90 Day Fiancé's Michael Ilesanmi looks somber and slightly surprised next to exclamation points.

Michael was undoubtedly in it for the green card when he DM’d Angela. He called her beautiful and complimented her. Michael knew exactly how to pick the most vulnerable out of the lot. I recall Angela telling the cameras that she had noticed Michael had many other women on his Facebook friend list. He was probably chatting with them too, maybe even asking them to send him money. However, Angela was the only one who fell head over heels for Michael and few to Nigeria. The insecurity about Michael leaving her for one of those women made Angela furious.

Angela made Michael quit his job and delete his social media accounts. She sent Michael money for seven years. Michael didn’t seem to mind it until he got married to Angela. He was using a secret Instagram account and said he wanted to become an influencer. I suppose he was influenced by the 31-year-old woman he was having an affair with. She might have told him about how reality TV celebrities like him can make a bank with brand endorsements. Meanwhile, Angela kept enabling Michael by sending him money, perhaps out of fear that he’d leave her if she didn’t.

Michael doesn’t care that Angela, who already worked three jobs to support him, would have to work harder at her age now. Michael wants to bleed her dry.

Michael Can Chase Clout To Support Himself

a montage of Michael and Angela

Michael always knew about how much they were getting paid on Cameo. He can continue doing that now that he’s in the U.S. and will be able to access his money directly without leaning on Angela. I watched how Michael was able to raise $46,000 plus within a week when he’d only asked for $25,000 on GoFundMe. Fans will pay him whatever amount he asks for to make a Cameo video. Michael is single now, and his DMs will surely be filled with women showering him with love. It won’t take him long to find a woman who replaces Angela.

Should Michael Be Deported?

90 Day Fiancé’s Michael Ilesanmi and Angela Deem look serious, surrounded by two gavels.

Angela filed for an annulment to get “her visa” back. She knows Michael is never going to leave the U.S. because that’s what he stayed with her for. Michael could have easily packed his bags and left for Lagos. He could have raised money to get himself a plane ticket. Instead, Michael wants money to get a divorce and permanent spousal support from Angela so he can spend it on new clothes, gold chains, and Apple products. Michael will never go back. Although he’s had to face severe mistreatment, I’ve started to think he’s as big a villain as Angela.
