The show and its many spin-offs have become increasingly more intense as time went on. Many couples have gotten married and stayed together, but others had fiery break-ups.

Sophie and Rob Warne debuted on 90 Day Fiancé season 10 and never seemed happy. Sophie allegedly caught Rob cheating online, and they were constantly bickering, but they still got married. In 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever? season 8, Sophie revealed she wasn’t living with her husband. She allegedly found more proof of Rob’s supposed online cheating, so she moved in with her friend, a woman named Kae. Eventually, Rob and Sophie split up, and Sophie appears to be living in the U.S. and doing well. There are other 90 Day Fiancé cast members who seem like they’re doing well after their break-ups.

Sophie Sierra Was Rumored To Be Dating A Bachelorette Alum

According to InTouch Weekly, Sophie was seen at a Yung Bleu concert with Chad Johnson, a The Bachelorette alum. The concert was held at The Yost in Santa Ana, California, and according to an Eventbrite flier for the event, Chad and Sophie hosted it together. TMZ shared a video of Chad giving a rose to Sophie and speculated that the two are dating. However, in the video, another woman can clearly be heard talking in the background. The voice sounds a lot like Sophie’s friend Kae. Viewers met Kae on the show when Sophie was staying with her.

Kae also shared a photo on her Instagram of her and Sophie at The Yost at the same time as the concert. It seems Kae, Chad, and Sophie were simply hanging out. This does not necessarily mean Chad and Sophie are dating. Sophie confirmed she’s not dating Chad. The Reality TV Mess on TikTok shared a screenshot of Sophie’s Instagram Story, saying the rumor she is dating Chad is “not true.” She explained they simply hosted the event together. Relationship status aside, it’s nice to see Sophie spending time with friends and hosting events post-breakup.

Michael Ilesanmi Finally Ended His Troubled Relationship

Michael Ilesanmi had a glow-up after breaking up with Angela Deem, ending their chaotic relationship. Recent photos of Michael show him looking much more relaxed. Michael waited four years for his U.S. visa; however, he claimed he felt unsafe after living with Angela in Georgia for two months. He alleged she abused him, so he ran away. The Nigerian native is now living in Texas and found a new community of people who support him. There have been videos of Michael exploring the U.S. as well, and no wonder – four years is a long time!

Michael isn’t exactly living his best life post-breakup, despite the glow-up. He ran away because of alleged abuse, and Angela then filed an annulment, which could end in him getting deported. Michael couldn’t work in the U.S. due to his immigration status, so he started an online fundraiser to help him with legal fees. Michael got a lawyer and asked for a divorce instead of an annulment. It’s not all sunshine and rainbows with Michael, but he is no longer in a tumultuous relationship with Angela and now has a supportive community in Texas.

Liz Woods is living her best life, or at least she appears to be since appearing on 90 Day: The Single Life season 1 with Big Ed Brown. Liz and Ed were constantly arguing, and they broke up many times but got engaged anyway. Despite this, during 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 8, Ed called off the wedding. Understandably, Liz was upset, but months later, she started to look much happier. Liz has reportedly lost 20 pounds since the split and is much more relaxed overall. Liz is also dating a new guy, Jayson Zuniga.

Liz told TV Insider she met Jayson while they were both out on a run. She said she and Jayson are both very active and are “inseparable.” This isn’t shocking as the two radiate happiness from their photos. Liz also explained to the publication that she and Jayson hadn’t broken up at all in their relationship, unlike she and Ed.

Of course, healthy relationships shouldn’t be the couple breaking up all the time. This new relationship seems much more healthy than Liz’s tumultuous one with Ed. The constant turmoil with Ed seemed to take lots of energy from Liz, and it’ss great to see her more relaxed.

After splitting from Colt Johnson, Vanessa Guerra has been on a fitness journey and seems more confident than ever. Vanessa debuted on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 5. At first, she and Colt were friends, although he wanted to date her. Vanessa had valid concerns about entering into a relationship with him, but they eventually got married and were married for three years. There was a rumor Colt cheated on her, although Vanessa clarified this wasn’t true on an Instagram Q&A session. In addition, the Nevada native recently shared on Instagram that she did the “75 hard” fitness challenge.

Vanessa explained she began the challenge because she needed to get out of the “victim mentality.” In addition, Vanessa explained she needed more confidence and gained control over her life. She shared that although it was difficult for her to share her journey online, she wanted to share her progress with her followers because the challenge has been helping her gain confidence. Vanessa’s followers said she looked amazing and congratulated her on her fitness journey. Vanessa has been through a lot, and she deserves this newfound confidence.
