90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star Meisha Johnson is still together with Nicola Kanaan after recently claiming they had split on Pillow Talk.Meisha serves as the Director of Pastoral Care at a church in Minneapolis. Divorced mom of two, Meisha met Israeli man Nicola on social media seven years ago. She had a spiritual experience and Nicola helped her get to know the Catholic religion better. However, Nicola was hesitant to marry Meisha because of her past, even though he was a 43-year-old virgin. Despite their differences, Nicola proposed to Meisha in the season 6 finale.
90 Day Fiancé star Meisha Johnson recently appeared on Pillow Talk where she said that she and Nicola were “not engaged.”
Meisha told her co-stars Kim Menzies and Darcey Silva that her relationship with Nicola was “complicated” but they were leaving it at “besties.” However, Meisha has now posted several Instagram Stories with Nicola to confirm that not only are they together, but that Nicola is also in the U.S.
Meisha shared a video from inside her car captioned, “90 Day Fiancé in da house” and “Nico” was next to her smiling in the passenger seat. Meisha asked her followers to guess what Nicola was drinking and laughed that it was a small McDonald’s coffee with three creams.
Did Meisha & Nicola Really Split?
Meisha later shared a Story of her walking into a movie theater with Nicola. They were going to watch the movie, Reagan. She was asking her followers their opinion on the movie and if it was worth the hype. She also posted a clip of her having a drink and later trying to find new fishing spots at the Mississippi River. Meisha’s Friday ended with her having some seafood, and on Saturday, she went for some “Good ol’ American breakfast” with Nicola and her daughter Svea. Meisha is not keeping Nicola being in the U.S. a secret.
However, Meisha and Nicola had probably split when she filmed the Pillow Talk episode.
It’s not known when Meisha filmed the Pillow Talk episode for 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days with Kim and Darcey, but it’s likely it happened a while ago. Meisha and Nicola may have been going through a rough phase where they had decided that their relationship was not meant to be and called off their engagement. However, it appears Nicola may have already received his K-1 visa, so they decided to try their relationship again. Meisha and Nicola looked happy together in her latest videos. They looked like they were more than besties.
Meisha and Nicola had hit a roadblock after getting engaged while on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days because Meisha still needed to get her marriage annulled. Meisha shared the good news that the Catholic Church had granted her an annulment during the Tell All. Nicola was even seen in the U.S. in August 2023, but that was him using a tourist visa. Now that Nicola is finally with her, the couple might film a new spin-off to reveal what exactly Meisha meant about them being just “besties” at the Pillow Talk.
