Kalani Faagata and Asuelu Pulaa from the 90 Day Fiancé franchise have achieved many new milestones since breaking up on 90 Day: The Last Resort. Kalani fell for Asuelu in 2016. Kalani talked about the incident when Asuelu visited Samoa and FaceTimed her. She noticed that he had an STD and called him out on it. Eventually, Asuelu admitted that he had been with another woman. However, he didn’t truly apologize for his mistake and offered Kalani a hall pass to kiss another man.
Asuelu’s plan backfired when Kalani used the hall pass on another guy named Dallas. She not only slept but got into a relationship with him. Ultimately, the mutual betrayal pushed the pair to seek therapy in 90 Day: The Last Resort. However, the relationship experts couldn’t help them because Kalani had already decided she wouldn’t reconcile with her Samoan husband. In the finale, Kalani and Asuelu broke up on mutual terms. The two agreed that getting a divorce was the best option for them and their kids.
Kalani & Dallas Celebrated A Dating Milestone In February 2024
During Valentine’s week, Kalani reached a significant milestone with her new boyfriend, Dallas. She celebrated their first anniversary by sharing a photo on Instagram Story of themselves kissing. Kalani captioned the post “happy anniversary,” tagging her boyfriend. She appeared happy about their accomplishment and thrilled to be with him. Kalani and Dallas seem to be well-suited for each other. Though they didn’t meet under ideal circumstances, their relationship has grown stronger every month. On the other hand, Asuelu seems to be still flying solo, as he hasn’t introduced a new woman on his social media yet.
Kalani & Asuelu Are Happily Co-Parenting Their Two Sons
While Kalani and Asuelu have faced many challenges over the years, they haven’t let them affect their sons. The two have decided to co-parent their children respectfully.
In January 2024, Kalani surprised fans by posting an Instagram Story of herself enjoying a beverage with her ex and their child. She titled it, “Coparenting for our big boy’s special day.” Kalani admitted that it took her and Asuelu a year of therapy and many tearful sessions to get to that point. She seemed glad to have found a peaceful way to co-parent with her ex.

Despite betraying Kalani, Asuelu has maintained a good relationship with his former father-in-law, Low Faagata. He titled it, “arrived safe back to Vegas after spending time with this cuties and their Papa,” letting fans know he was enjoying his life. Asuelu and Kalani’s father appeared to be happy in the video. It seems that they’ve maintained a healthy relationship for the sake of the children and due to their shared Samoan background.
Kalani & Asuelu Don’t Live In Utah Anymore
Kalani and Asuelu built their dream home in Utah. However, they’ve since sold the house and moved to new cities. Kalani’s social media shows she appears to be living closer to her family in Orange County, California. Asuelu has been traveling extensively in recent months, frequently visiting Samoa to spend time with loved ones. His recent Instagram posts suggest that he has relocated to Las Vegas, which is ideal for him as it’s just a 4-hour drive from Orange County.

Kalani and Asuelu have developed new interests since their breakup. Kalani enjoys spending time with her children outdoors, traveling to new places, and taking her children to Disneyland. She appears to be doing a good job raising her children and taking care of herself. In March, Kalani posted photos of herself exploring the beach with her children, captioning them “vitamin D & sea.” Meanwhile, Asuelu has also taken up outdoor activities.
